Concerning loss of a block of shares of Klaipedos pienas AB and Silutes rambynas

ABF



In accordance with reorganisation provisions approved on the extraordinary

general meeting of Zemaitijos pienas AB, held on May 1, 2004, Zemaitijos pienas

AB transferred to Zemaitijos pieno Investicija AB blocks of shares of Klaipedos

pienas (85.94 percent of shares) and of Silutes Rambynas ABF (87.82 percent of

shares).
