On 19 August 2004, Rokiskio Suris AB owned 7.19% of Zemaitijos Pienas AB votes

by the right of ownership (number of votes before the loss of the block of

shares was 10.93%).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the VSE on

30 August 2004.
