Transfer of ships’ agent activity to AB Lisco Baltic Service



Following AB Lisco Baltic Service half-year announcement on 30 August 2004, it

has been decided to merge the activities of the subsidiary UAB Krantas Shipping

with the  main business activities, as a result of which AB Lisco Baltic Service

will be engaged also in the ship’s agent activity as from 1 September 2004.



The liquidation procedures of UAB Krantas Shipping will be started as from 1

September 2004. Simultaneously DFDS A/S will transfer their agency activities in

Klaipeda from UAB DFDS Tor Line to AB Lisco Baltic Service.
