VSE's invitation to the press conference of Gubernija AB



On 13 September 2004 the securities of Gubernija AB will be admitted to the

Current List of Vilnius Stock Exchange.

On the occasion, market participants and press agents are invited to the press

conference of Gubernija AB to be held on 10 September (Friday) at 3 p.m. in the

business centre "Europa" (Konstitucijos pr. 7, 31st floor).

The conference will be attended by Romualdas Dunauskas, Director General of

Gubernija AB and Raimundas Borusas Sales Director of Gubernija AB, who will

present the company and its plans for the future activities.
