The general meeting of shareholders of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB resolved:



1. To elect the audit firm Moore Stephens Vilnius UAB the Auditor of Annual

Report on the company's activities and financial statements ended 31 December

2004 of the public company Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB.



2. To elect Raimondas Sedlevicius, Head of Division of Share Management of the

State Property Fund and Acting Director for Property Management, a member of the

Supervisory Board of Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste AB.
