Lietuvos Telekomas acquired 40 per cent stake in UAB Voicecom from Nexcom

Telecommunications LLC.



From now on Lietuvos Telekomas owns the whole 100 per cent stake in UAB

Voicecom.



UAB Voicecom provides internet telephony services to business and residential

customers.
