11943) from September 30, 2004, inclusive; issues are assimilated (decision of

the Listing Department,  as of September 27, 2004).

On September 29, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository issues of Stumbras

AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of issue 11943 will be 32 669
