Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Lietuvos Dujos AB

(code 11622) from November 5, 2004, inclusive (decision of the Listing

Department, as of November 3, 2004).

On November 3, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the new issue of ORS

of Lietuvos Dujos AB was registered. On November 4, 2004, issues of Lietuvos

Dujos AB will be assimilated. After the change, the size of the issue 11622 will

be 469 068 254 units, nominal value of LTL 1, the total nominal value of LTL 469

068 254.
