Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Alita AB (code

11865) from December 3, 2004, inclusive; the issue of ORS is reduced (decision

of the Listing Department, as of November 30, 2004).

On December 2, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the issue of ORS of

Alita AB will be reduced. After the change, the size of the issue 11865 will be

50 827 209 units, nominal value of LTL 1, the total nominal value of LTL 50 827

209.
