Regarding increase of the authorized capital of the Bank



A notice is hereby given that the Russian bank Konversbank has withdrawn its

request to redeem the new LTL 25 m share issue of Bankas Snoras. In this

connection on December 7,2004, the bank Snoras applied to the Bank of Lithuania

with a request to give back to the bank the documents related to the increase of

its authorized capital and do not consider at the BoL Board the application

concerning the registration of amendments to the Bank Statutes.
