Notification regarding the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares of

Lifosa AB



On 13 December 2004, company “BOUNDARY LAYER LIMITED” (British Virgin Islands)

acquired 53,43% of LIFOSA AB votes by the right of ownership.

On 13 December 2004, company “EOLIAN TRADING LIMITED” (Cyprus) owned 42,45 % of

the company votes by the right of ownership (owned 91,15 % before the loss).

Notifications about the acquisition and the loss of the block of shares were

submitted to the VSE on 20 December 2004.
