Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Pieno Zvaigzdes

AB (code 11167) from December 23, 2004, inclusive; the new issue of ORS is added

(decision of the Listing Department, as of December 21, 2004).

On December 23, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the new issue of ORS

of Pieno Zvaigzdes AB will be added. After the change, the size of the issue

11167 will be 54 205 031 units, nominal value of LTL 1, the total nominal value

of LTL 54 205 031.
