Notification regarding the loss of the block of shares of Ekranas AB



On 20 December 2004, "CPT Investment Ltd." (British Virgin Island) owned 15.0 %

of Ekranas AB votes by the right of ownership (number of votes before the loss

of the block of shares was 28.4 %).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the VSE on

23 December 2004.
