Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Siauliu Bankas AB

(code 10225) from December 27, 2004, inclusive; the new issue of ORS is added

(decision of the Listing Department, as of December 23, 2004).

On December 27, 2004, at the Central Securities Depository the new issue of ORS

of Siauliu Bankas AB will be added. After the change, the size of the issue

10225 will be 56 000 000 units, nominal value of LTL 1, the total nominal value

of LTL 56 000 000.
