Regarding AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva aplication to list bonds on the current list

of the Vilnius Stock Exchange



On  March 7,  2005 AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva has submitted an application to the

board of the Vilnius Stock Exchange regarding listing of a  3-year bond issue

with the face value of LTL 50 million (500 000 bonds with LTL 100 face value

each)  on the current list of the Vilnius Stock Exchange. The bonds  bear 3.25

per cent fixed interest rate.
