On March 29, 2005, trading in securities of Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva AB (code of

securities 10017) was renewed and price variation limits were not applied.

At the shareholders’ meeting it was decided to approve annual accounts.

At the meeting it was decided to increase the authorized capital of the company

by additional contributions.
