Regarding the proposal to pay dividend for the 2004 financial year



By the decision of the board of the company a proposal will be submitted to the

general meeting of shareholders of Vilniaus baldai AB to be held on April 22,

2005 to allot LTL 3 886 267 for the payment of dividend (1 (one) Litas per

ordinary registered share worth 4 Litas by nominal value.
