Klasmann-Deilmann  signed agreements on purchase & sale of shares and on

purchase & sale of property regarding the 100% of the shares of  Naujasodzio

Energijos Paslaugos UAB and the property of Kauno energija AB rented by

Naujasodzio Energijos Paslaugos UAB.



The activities of Naujasodzio Energijos Paslaugos UAB include peat mining,

insulation of pipes with polyurethane, mounting and maintenance of pipelines and

heating units, and rest-house activity.
