On April 7, 2005 the Board of the company approved the Report on the Companies

Activities in 2004, the Auditor's Report, the financial statements for the year

2004 and profit appropriation.

The result of operation of Klaipedos nafta AB in 2004 is a profit of LTL 18 302

192. The Board of the company decided to submit for consideration to the annual

general meeting of shareholders the draft profit appropriation, suggesting to

allot LTL 6 250 000 for dividend payment to shareholders for the year 2004, i.e.

to pay LTL 0.0183 per share worth LTL 1 by nominal value.
