Price fluctuation margins will not be applied to securities of Stumbras AB (code

11943) from April 13, 2005, inclusive; issues are assimilated (decision of the

Listing Department, as of April 11, 2005).

On April 13, 2005, at the Central Securities Depository issues of Stumbras AB

will be assimilated. After the change, the size of issue 11943  will be 39 685

354 units, nominal value of LTL 4, the total nominal value of LTL 158 741 416.
