Regarding profit (loss) appropriation



A proposal will be submitted to the annual general meeting of shareholders of

Gubernija AB to be held on April 28, 2005 to cover the result available for

appropriation, which is a loss of LTL  4 073 094, by transferring a sum of LTL

773 593 from the mandatory reserve (the mandatory reserve is to be liquidated).

The unappropriated result is a loss of LTL 3 299 501.
