Repeated convocation of a General Meeting



On April 27, 2005, the Board of Lietuvos Energija AB decided to convene a repeat

general meeting of shareholders on May 5, 2005.  The meeting will be held in the

hall of the company in Juozapaviciaus g. 13, Vilnius. The meeting starts at 10

a.m.



The registration date of the repeat annual GMS is April 28, 2005.
