Concerning announcement of the preliminary result from operations for the

AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE intends to announce the results from operations for the

1st half of the year 2005 by 25 May 2004, because announcement of performance

results of AB LISCO BALTIC SERVICE is a material event in respect of the

Company’s controlling shareholder DFDS A/S and, based on the principle of

simultaneous disclosure, can be only disclosed after this information has been

submitted to the Copenhagen Stock Exchange by DFDS A/S.
