Performance for the first quarter of 2005



The result of operation of Apranga group for the first quarter of 2005 is a loss

of LTL 560.3 thousand. The corresponding result of the year before was a loss of

LTL 369.2 thousand.

Due to the particularity of the clothing business under our climate conditions

and as a result of bargain-sales in January-February, the Apranga group usually

doesn't plan any profitable activity for the first quarter of the year. The

sales turnover of the retail trade network of Apranga group in Lithuania and

Estonia amounted to LTL 40 927.3 thousand in the first quarter of 2005 and

exceeded by 54.4 % the turnover of the corresponding period of the last year.

The shares of the public trading company Apranga are listed on the Vilnius Stock

Exchange. The Apranga APB is owned by the concern MG Baltic.
