Regarding election of new management board members                                                                         



On June 2, 2005, the  Supervisory  Council  of  AB  Bankas  NORD/LB  Lietuva

resolved to elect Rudolf Franz Karges and Gundars  Andžans  to  the  Management

Board of AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva. Rudolf Franz Karges  was  elected   to  the

Management Board of AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva  from  2 June 2005  and   Gundars

Andžans was  elected   from  1  August  2005.   The  two  new  members  of  the

Management Board of AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva were  elected  until  the  expiry

date of the term of office of the current Management Board of AB Bankas NORD/LB

Lietuva.
