Berlin Stock Exchange’s FREIVERKEHR trades with AS Tallinna Vesi's shares



Since June 3rd, the Third Market “FREIVERKEHR” of Berlin Stock Exchange is trading 

with AS Tallinna Vesi’s shares. The respective application was submitted to Berlin 

Stock Exchange by the broker firm Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG. The submitter 

of trading application, Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, is responsible for all 

commitments related with trading in the FREIVERKEHR.



The inclusion of AS Tallinna Vesi’s shares in the FREIVERKEHR enables German 

investors to avoid high banking fees involved with trading on a foreign exchange. 

Due to relatively lower transaction fees the FREIVERKEHR is particularly popular 

among German retail investors.



FREIVERKEHR has been operating in German capital markets already for decades and 

is trading with more than 10,000 securities all over the world. In addition to 

AS Tallinna Vesi’s shares also all other shares on the main list of Tallinn Stock 

Exchange are traded in the FREIVERKEHR.
