About acquisition of JSC "Rīgas Ostas elevators " shares



According to “Law of Financial Instruments Market ”, article 61., Janis

Leimanis informs that on 08.06.2005. he has acquired 102 (one hundred and

two) JSC “Rīgas Ostas elevators” (ROE1R) shares. After the deal, Janis

Leimanis owns 709 441 (seven-hundred nine thousand four hundred and forty

one) JSC “Rīgas Ostas elevators” shares, from which 1 458 (one thousand four

hundred fifty-eight) is in public turnover. Total amount of JSC “Rīgas Ostas

elevators” shares Janis Leimanis owns on 08.06.2005. is 45.18 percent of JSC

“Rīgas Ostas elevators” shares with voting rights.
