AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva  Stock Exchange Release   20.06.2005



Regarding the allotment of new share issue



On 20 June 2005, AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva completed the allotment 

of 410 455 ordinary shares issue that has been registered with 

the Securities Commission of the Republic of Lithuania. On the first

day of the second share allotment stage (20 June 2005)all 878 ordinary 

registered shares of AB Bankas NORD/LB Lietuva that had remained 

non-allotted after the first allotment stage were subscribed to. 

The par value of all the subscribed shares is LTL 38 993 225(thirty  eight

million nine hundred and  ninety three thousand two hundred and twenty five

litas). The shares were subscribed for the total price of LTL 73 881 900

(seventy three million eight hundred and eighty  one  thousand

nine hundred litas). The shares with a face value of LTL 95 each

were alloted at LTL 180.
