Registered Bonds of SEB Vilniaus Bankas AB (code of securities

40121) will be admitted to the Debt Securities List on

July 04, 2005.

Note that the Exchange trading system calculates the accrued interest by the 

actual number of days in a month and 360 days in a year (Act/360). 

However, it is laid down in the bonds issue prospectus of the SEB Vilniaus Bankas AB 

that interest is calculated and paid according to agreement that there are actual 

number of days in a month and in a year.
