On the intention to acquire the block of shares of Poland’s Jelfa 



Sanitas AB participates in the negotiations on the 

acquisition of 47,83 % stake in Poland‘s 

pharmaceutical company Jelfa, which is held by 

State Treasury (3,9 %), Industry Development 

Agency (26,1 %) and PZU insurance companies (16,7 %).
