“Latvijas kuģniecība” released from surveillance 



RSE Management Board resolved on its meeting of June 27, 2005 to lift the 

surveillance status for JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība” starting with 17:00 on 

June 27, 2005.  



On June 27 the Company informed the RSE that changes in Supervisory Board and 

Management Board were registered with the Company Register on June 22, 2005. 

This means the termination of the circumstances that caused placing the company 

under surveillance starting with February 11, 2005. 



Simultaneously, the RSE Management Board cancelled its decision of February 28, 

2005 regarding the information disclosure procedure for JSC “Latvijas kuģniecība”.
