CHANGES IN TALSE CONSTITUENTS



As  a  part  of the integration of the Nordic and  Baltic

securities market, the Baltic stock exchanges will  adopt

the  NOREX index rules as from July 1, 2005. The  current

rules of calculating BALTIX, RIGSE, TALSE and VILSE  will

be affected.



As a result  of introduction  of the  90% ownership rule, 

there will be  some changes in  TALSE index constituents. 

Two companies  having majority owner  of  more than 90% - 

Rakvere Lihakombinaat (RLK1T) and Tallinna Farmaatsiatehas 

(TFA1T) -  will be removed  from TALSE starting tomorrow, 

01.07.2005. 



Because of delisting, also Hansapank will be removed from 

TALSE starting tomorrow, 01.07.2005.
