On 28 July 2005, the Board of AB Pieno zvaigzdes approved unaudited

financial statements of Pieno zvaigzdes for the first half of 2005,

prepared according to International Financial Reporting Standards.



Sales (turnover) LTL 206.5 million (EUR 59.8 million);

EBITDA LTL 21.7 million (EUR 6.3 million);

Profit before taxation (EBT) LTL 6.1 million (EUR 1.8 million).
