Aldis Āķis repeatedly elected as Board member of a/s Ventspils nafta



Today, August 4th, 2005, the Supervisory Board of a/s Ventspils nafta has 

decided that as of today, August 4th, 2005, the existing Board member of 

a/s Ventspils nafta Aldis Āķis to be elected again as the member of the 

Board for the period of three years. A.Āķis is also Finance Director of 

a/s Ventspils nafta. The period of his previous proxy authorizing A.Āķis 

to fulfil his Board member’s responsibilities expired on July 26, 2005.
