Resolutions of Board of AB "Kauno energija"



Board of AB "Kauno energija", after estimation information presented by company administration, 

during meeting, which took place at 2005-08-16, made following decisions:

-permit to take the credit from bank AB SEB Vilniaus Bankas, with purpose to refinance the

 credit received from Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania;

-for the ensuring of above-mentioned credit was permit mortgage long time (fixed), which before

 was mortgage to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania
