Construction works of the new school building in Viimsi are continued



On April 19 2005, AS Merko Ehitus concluded a contract with SEB Ühisliising

AS for constructing a new school building complex in Viimsi. 



On August 17 2005, Tallinn Circuit Court suspended the building permit until

the respective court judgement on the basis of the appeal addressed to the

Court by AS Esmar. 



Tallinn Circuit Court rejected AS Esmar’s appeal on September 6th, and

annulled the preliminary legal protection, which enter into force on the

same day.



AS Merko Ehitus resumes construction works on the school building in

accordance with the previous plans and intends to finish the works by

August 2006.
