TALLINNA VESI'S ACTIVITIES COMPLY WITH THE LEVELS OF SERVICE



The Supervisory  Foundation  of  Tallinn  Water  Enterprises  announces  that  the

activities of AS Tallinna Vesi were continuously compliant with all the 97  Levels

of Service in 2004.



According to the agreement signed between AS Tallinna  Vesi and the City  of

Tallinn on privatisation of the company in 2001, the water company has to submit

a report annually to the City of Tallinn by 31st March on the compliance in  the

previous calendar year with  the Levels of Service Agreement.



The purpose of the Supervisory Foundation  of  Tallinn  Water  Enterprises  is  to

monitor the quality of services provided by AS Tallinna Vesi  and  report  on  the

compliance to the City of Tallinn.



AS Tallinna Vesi has been compliant with all the required  Levels  of  Service  in

each of the years 2001, 2002, 2003 & 2004.
