AB bankas SNORAS informs about acquisition of AS “Latvijas krājbanka” shares



AB bankas SNORAS informs that on September 20,2005 JSC AB bankas SNORAS having 

its registered address at A.Vivulskio g.7, LT-03221, Vilnius, Lithuania, 

reg.Nr. 112025973 has acquired 7 559 368 (seven million five hundred fifty nine

thousand three hundred sixty eight) shares which constitute 83.01 % of the voting 

share capital or 83.01 % of the share capital of JSC “Latvijas krājbanka”, 

unified registration number 40003098527, having its registered address at 

Palasta iela 1, Riga, Latvia, LV-1954.
