Appointment of a new Managing Director



On 04 October 2005, the Management Board of Linas AB removed Zibute Gaiveniene

from Managing Director and appointed Lilijana Puriene as Managing Director of

Linas AB since 05 October 2005.

On 04 October 2005, the Management Board of Linas AB subsidiary company Linas

Nordic UAB appointed Zibute Gaiveniene as Managing Director of Linas Nordic UAB

since 05 October 2005.
