Amendments to the Articles of Association of JSC "Akciju komercbanka "Baltikums"" 

to be approved in the shareholder meeting in October



1. To express paragraph 4.1 of the Articles of Association in the following wording:

"4.1. The Board of the Company shall consist of four Board Members."



2. To express paragraph 4.5 of the Articles of Association in the following wording:

"4.5. The Board shall pass its resolutions with an ordinary majority of votes of 

participants. Should the votes split identically the Chairman of the Board shall 

have the casting vote."
