Resolutions of Supervisory Council of  JSC  "Kauno energija"



Supervisory Council of JSC "Kauno energija" decided:

• to elect Adolfas Antanas Balutis, the First Deputy of Kaunas City Mayor, 

 as the Chairman of Supervisory Council;

• to elect Aleksandras Sigitas Matelionis, General Manager of 

JSC "Kauno energija", as the member of the Board of Management.
