INTEREST PAYMENT ON BONDS AND PARTIAL REDEMTPION



LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ will pay interest on its Bonds (IKPB058029AB) listed

on the Tallinn Stock Exchange  in the amount of EEK 1,45 per each bond on 19 October 2005.

LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ redeems 13 359 Bonds, i.e. 10,18% of the Bonds.

Interests and the redemption amounts will be paid to investors who according to the

information of Estonian Central Register of Securities are the owners of the Bonds on

17 October 2005 at 8:00.



Interest payments will be mediated by investment bank AS Lõhmus, Haavel & Viisemann.

Interests will be paid to the bank accounts related to the securities accounts of the

persons entitled to the interest payment by 16:00 on 19 October 2005, the latest.

The Bonds of OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell bear interest rate 5,8% per annum that

is paid quarterly. 



Income tax will be withheld from the interest payments to non-residents or resident

natural persons as prescribed by the applicable legislation.
