RSE issues a warning to “Brīvais vilnis” 



RSE Management Board on its meeting of October 25, 2005 issued a warning to JSC “Brīvais 

vilnis” for its failure to disclose information in a timely manner.



On October 25, 2005 JSC “Brīvais vilnis”, via news agency BNS, made information on 9 month 

financial results publicly available, prior to having it disclosed to the RSE. RSE has 

requested an immediate disclosure of the said information.
