On November 15, 2005, trading in ORS of Ekranas AB (ISIN code LT0000104234 Ticker EKR1L) 

will be suspended resuming it with the separate decision after company's 

announcement through the information system of the VSE.

Due to general meeting of shareholders (to be held on 15-11-2005). 

Increase of the authorized capital out of supplementary contributions.
