Announcement regarding nine months results



As from September 1, 2005 Linas AB has transferred textiles production and

immovable property  to two subsidiary companies, the companies group accounting

is restructured and that is why the company will announce preliminary 9 months

activity result of 2005 and present balance and profit (loss) reports till

November 30, 2005.
