“STEELWOOD L.L.C” (Reg.N:800019989, 101 South Spring Str., Suite 220, 

Little Rock, AR72201, USA ) informs that on November 1, 2005 Steelwood 

L.L.C has acquired 59 619 (fifty nine thousand six hundred nineteen) shares, 

thus “STEELWOOD L.L.C” owns 77 823 shares of JSC “Latvijas tilti” which makes 

up 11.59 % of the equity capital and 11.63% of the voting share capital of 

JSC “Latvijas tilti”.
