ADDING WATCH NOTATION TO SPORTLAND BONDS



Proceeding from the suggestion by the TSE Listing and Surveillance Committee in 

its listing decision of September 13, 2005 , and articles 3.5.1, 3.5.4.7 and 3.5.5 

of chapter Supervision of the TSE Rules, the TSE management board decided on 

November 4, 2005 to add a watch notation to the bonds of Sportland International 

Group AS as of admission to trading on November 7, 2005.



According to article 3.5.1 of the chapter Supervision of Tallinn Stock Exchange 

(TSE) Rules, the Exchange may add a watch notation to the trading code of a security 

in the trading system and to the trading information displayed on Exchange's Web 

site. As stipulated in article 3.5.4.7, one possible reason for adding the watch 

notation is a situation of the issuer that may materially damage the interests of 

investors in the opinion of TSE.
