Information on sale of shares owned by a member of the JSC “Riga Transport Fleet” Board



Olegs Kolosovs, being a member of the “Riga Transport Fleet” j.s.c. 

Board, informs, that he has sold all his shares of the “Riga Transport 

Fleet” j.s.c. in amount of 63613   to Company “Lavinia Corporation Ltd” at price 

of  LVL 0.96 per share.



The deal was concluded on November 7th, 2005, pursuant to rules of shares 

redemption.
