On November 11, 2005, Nord/LB Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale lost all the votes of

Bankas Nord/LB Lietuva AB owned by the right of ownership (93,1148%).

Notification about the loss of the block of shares was submitted to the VSE on

November 16, 2005.
