ACQUISITION OF AN IMMOVABLE AND COMMENCING THE SALE OF LAND



AS Fenniger informs that today A/S Eldikrija, the daughter company of AS

Fenniger, was entered as the owner of the immovable located in Riga at

Respublikas laukuma 3/Citadels iela 7 to the Public Land Book. AS Eldikrija 

will commence the sale of legal shares of the land plot to the apartment 

owners of the residence building located on the immovable.
